Meditation in Marin
These guiding principles are based on the earliest known Buddhist texts to decondition the causes of anxiety leading to unhappiness and result in contentment.
Daylong Sunday meditation peer-practice sessions are held monthly in Marin or Sonoma. Sundays are open to guests and styles of silent meditation. See sidebar for current schedule.
Accelerated and Introductory
Accelerated group practice is specifically formatted for those experienced in deep meditative equanimity. See the Practice Six Rs page for more information.
Introductory program classes are available twice each year in Marin or Sonoma. Instruction provides a foundation for the understanding and development of rich and rewarding meditation practice. Once developed, these skill result in rich and rewarding experiences during practice and in active lifestyles.
Instruction and guidance are available for beginning and experienced participants. One-on-one talks and instruction are offered to individuals or affinity groups with specific interests in theory or skill development.
