The practice
The meditative training learned in these programs were described by the Buddha in the earliest texts where he described how to wake up to greater happiness and decondition the causes of worry, anxiety, anger and destructive emotions. The training teaches how to change mental channels that and improve cognitive agility and emotional balance. This approach to meditation is immediately effective when practiced. Meditation instructions and personal guidance are provided through the training using a step-by-step methodology known as the Six Rs. Once learned and practiced, these skills when applied wake up our potential to experience increased awareness and calmness.
The Six Rs is a gradual training to effectively deconditionnegative habitual emotional reaction that cause anger, worry, conflict, and depression. This is a mnemonic system of integrated mental and physical exercises that develops skills that teach us how to discern and let go of the root causes of pain and distress.
